As a Catalyst strategist, you’ll help shape how a new generation participates in finance while building your own skills, network, and opportunities.

What does the commitment look like?
Expect to spend 5–10 hours a week on the program.
Do I need growth or finance experience?
No. Students of all class standings and majors can apply. Product onboarding and practical growth training will help you get started. Communication and follow-through matter more than prior experience.
How do rewards work?
Rewards will depend on verified program activity and results. You’ll receive the full reward structure and eligibility requirements before joining.
What happens after I apply?
The team reviews your application and follows up by email about next steps. If selected, you’ll receive the program details and onboarding instructions.
